A class-action lawsuit filed by three women on Friday accuses disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein of an additional rape allegation after his indictment for rape and sexual crimes this week.

Melissa Thompson, one of the women in Friday's lawsuit, claimed she met with Weinstein in 2011 to make a business pitch when the movie mogul "out-muscled" her as she tried to rebuke his physical advances, the lawsuit said, according to The Associated Press.

A second woman accuses Weinstein of the have threatened, assaulted and held against her will in 1996, in his suite at the Cannes film festival.

Thompson said she visited Weinstein's office in Tribeca earlier that day, to sell him on the idea of a marketing startup called Intercast Networks.

He has pleaded not guilty to charges of rape and criminal sexual acts in NY, and faces up to 25 years in prison on those charges. As she explained the company's services, she alleges that Weinstein began to caress her legs. "She knew that Weinstein could and would destroy her if she complained about his sexual misconduct".

The lawsuit also alleges that Weinstein's attorneys used "deceptive tactics" in October 2017, causing her to believe that they were working for the victims in order to entice her to turn over her visual and audio evidence of Weinstein's actions, which she did.

Warriors step up in golden moment
He has scored more points in the Western Conference Finals than anybody else in National Basketball Association history. We can't use game one as a feel-out game. "It's not about proximity [to the restricted area]", McCutchen told ESPN .

The producer has largely retreated from the public eye since the allegations were made but has denied numerous claims.

Only after sharing the evidence with Spiro did she realize that he worked at Brafman's firm, which was representing Weinstein.

"Alex Spiro was by no means a companion of this agency he was one in every of many Associates and left this agency in or about Sept 2017", Brafman stated within the assertion.

Thompson says she never reported it out of fear for her safety and career. In the suit, Dulany alleges that Weinstein performed oral sex on her without her consent and then masturbated.

Weinstein then asked her to meet him for a drink at a hotel to continue the conversation. "We will soon formally move to dismiss the indictment and if this case actually proceeds to trial, we expect Mr Weinstein to be acquitted".

In a release, Thompson said she was referred to Ben Brafman's law firm after allegations from dozens of women made headlines last fall. It alleges racketeering, witness tampering, mail and wire fraud, assault, civil battery, negligent supervision and retention and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
