Super Smash Bros Ultimate Update Version 1.2.0 Patch Notes

This new patch will update the game to version 1.2.0 and it was already teased earlier by Nintendo.

After teasing the first post-release update in Super Smash Bros. Nintendo has provided a boost to the Quickplay matchmaking which means there is a higher chance that you will land into a match with other players with the same rule-set (Preferred Rules), but it is not guaranteed.

Increased the stability of the synchronous connection within Battle Arenas. The patch notes mention balance adjustments for certain fighters. With that comes a few changes to many corners of the game, though without much elaboration. We'll update with more information as we get it. The difficulty of approaching fighters has also been changed, likely due to many complaints that some of the fights to unlock characters were too challenging.
