Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga Surprise Las Vegas Audience With Shallow Duet

During Gaga's Las Vegas residency concert at the MGM Grand, titled Enigma, the singer invited Cooper, her co-star and director in A Star is Born, to join her on stage, according to E!

After whipping the crowd into a frenzy with their first-ever live performance together of the song, Cooper joined in on the bows before throwing his baseball cap into the crowd. According to Variety, "Shallow" was selected to be one of two Oscar-nominated songs that will be performed live at the Academy Awards ceremony on February 24, along with another duet-Kendrick Lamar and SZA's "All the Stars" from the film Black Panther.

Fans attending Lady Gaga's Enigma show in Las Vegas were delighted to see the performers reunited.

Cooper rocked out behind her, playing an air guitar as Gaga sang the emotional ballad. "He made that movie, um, A Star Is Born", Gaga told the audience.

After sharing a hug, Gaga announced to Cooper, "I even got you in-ears". During one of the choruses, Bradley sat next to Gaga at the piano and wrapped his arm around her as they harmonized.

The song, which was nominated for an Academy Award earlier this week, is the closing number of the "Enigma" show, the residency that kicked off in December a year ago. The song also received a nomination for best original song.
